Last minute cancellations affect us terribly. Consequently, if a client does not show up, the total amount of the reservation will be billed.

If the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before the day of arrival, the total amount of the stay will be billed on the credit card.

If the reservation is cancelled between 14 days and 48 hours before the day of arrival, a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be billed on the credit card.
